Company knowledge & Q&A

Ask questions in everyday language across your company documents and structured data. Help your team find and use the knowledge you already have.
Questions you could bring“What does our service agreement cover?”
“What is the procedure for this equipment?”
- Questions: policies, procedures, products and agreements.
- Inputs: your documents and company data.
- Outcome: relevant answers in the context of your business.
Virtual consulting
“What should we do about it?”
Bring a decision about capacity, pricing, staffing or investment. Athena joins the evidence, speaks to the people closest to the problem and tests her recommendation.
Questions you could bring“Do we need another technician?”
“Which work is actually profitable?”
- Questions: what's happening, why, and what to change.
- Inputs: records, calculations and role-specific interviews.
- Outcome: an executive memo and agreed supporting deliverables, reviewed by a human partner.
When the question needs an investigation
Give her the problem.
She follows the evidence.
01 / FRAME
Define the decision.
Start with the business, the question and the records you already have.
02 / CONNECT
Fill the gaps.
She asks for missing records and interviews your people by voice, on their schedule, in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
03 / CHALLENGE
Test the answer.
Calculations are checked against the source tables. Assumptions and disagreements are made explicit.
04 / ACT
Make the next move.
Get recommendations with owners, dates, stop conditions and open questions. A human partner reviews every consulting deliverable.
What she found
The useful answer isn't
always the obvious one.
Field service · House case
More revenue per hour.
Less return.
Emergency jobs invoiced about CAD 286 per onsite hour, compared with CAD 181 for scheduled work. After recorded parts, travel and callbacks, the result reversed: about CAD 80 versus CAD 119 per all-in recorded hour.
The recommendation: a 13-week reversible test capped at CAD 5,000 before making a CAD 85,000 commitment.

Industrial laundry · House caseThe bottleneck was upstream of the dryers.+
Athena classified idle entries in the machine log by reason: 48 were maintenance, 866 were waiting for upstream load release and 475 were scheduling gaps. The records pointed upstream of drying.
Recommendation: a 90-day verification and a shadow schedule before committing to another dryer.
Hospital · House caseThe staffing total hid the busiest hour.+
Daily staffing showed five nurses, but lunch coverage cut capacity when demand peaked. Protecting coverage reduced the modelled wait from about 23 minutes to 6.
Recommendation: redesign coverage with existing staff. The limit was explicit: the analysis covered one observed day.
Advice you can examine
A clear record behind the recommendation.
The consulting work includes the reasoning, calculations and open questions you need to judge the answer.
Trace the figures.
Follow the memo's numbers through the calculation to a spreadsheet cell, document passage or interview answer.
See what is known—and what isn't.
Measured facts, interview statements and estimates are labelled separately. Assumptions and questions that could change the answer are stated plainly.
Take the working record with you.
Agreed registers, calculation workbooks and other deliverables are built from the same evidence as the memo.
